Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Requirements Creation:

⇒  Develop and document detailed product requirements based on market research, user needs, and business goals.
 ⇒  Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with overall product vision.

2. Competition Analysis:

⇒ Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors in the Quality Management Software space.
⇒  Identify market trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to inform product strategy and positioning.

3. UI/UX Translation:

⇒  Collaborate closely with the UX/UI designer to translate product requirements into user-friendly designs and interfaces.
⇒  Provide feedback and guidance to ensure that design concepts meet functional and user experience objectives.

4. Business Requirements Development:

⇒  Work with developers and QA engineers to create clear, actionable business requirements and user stories.
⇒  Ensure that requirements are comprehensive, unambiguous, and aligned with technical capabilities.

5. Product Documentation:

⇒  Partner with the CEO to transform high-level ideas and strategic goals into detailed product documents and specifications.
⇒  Maintain and update product documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

6. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

 ⇒  Oversee the UAT process to ensure that the product meets business requirements and user expectations.
 ⇒  Coordinate with QA and end-users to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

7. Client Feedback Integration:

⇒  Collaborate with functional consultants to gather and analyze client feedback on product performance and functionality.
⇒  Use feedback to drive product enhancements and improvements, ensuring continuous alignment with client needs.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

⇒ Facilitate communication and coordination between design, development, QA, and other teams to ensure project success.
⇒ Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to address questions, issues, and changes.

Qualifications:

⇒ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
⇒3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a SAAS or software development environment.
⇒ Strong understanding of Quality Management Software and industry best practices.
⇒ Proven experience in conducting competitive analysis and translating business needs into detailed product requirements.
⇒ Proficiency in working with UX/UI designers to develop user-friendly interfaces and designs.
⇒ Experience in writing clear and comprehensive business and technical documentation.
⇒ Solid knowledge of UAT processes and techniques.
⇒ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
⇒ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
⇒ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
